⟩ You can choose to provide us with your own designs, or have us customise a design for you.
▹ How many revisions do I get?
⟩ We provide up to 3 free revisions. Any additional revision is charged at $5 per revision.
▹ What is the lead time?
⟩ Standard lead time - 2 to 3 weeks upon artwork approval.
⟩ Express lead time - 5 to 7 business days upon artwork approval with a topup fee of $30.
⟩ Do contact us here for orders required urgently within 5 days.
▹ Can I make amendments to my order?

▹ What happens if I received a defective/wrong item?

▹ Can I reschedule my delivery/self-collection?
